Bespoke & Personalized Items Please note that every star map at Tailoredwalls is hand-crafted and custom-made to your specific date, time, and location. Because these items are uniquely personalized for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns once the final design has been approved and printed.

Damages and Issues We want your map to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at mytailoredwalls@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items As mentioned above, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all star maps and moon designs once they have entered the printing stage. Please ensure you are completely happy with your Free Preview before approving your final order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Please note that the standard 14-day cooling-off period for the European Union does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized." As our products are custom-rendered to your specific data, they fall under this exception.
